Let your query or claim to your insurance broker or intermediary, we are sure that you will be able to help him/her satisfactorily.

In the event that your intermediary and/or ANDAWRITE has not given you an answer within the deadlines established by the respective supervisory authorities, or is not satisfied with your final answer, you may also contact the DIRECCION GENERAL DE SEGUROS the policy is issued in Spain, at the following address:
firstname.lastname@example.org if your policy insurer is Allied World Assurance (Europe) DAC.
The complaints procedure is without prejudice to your right to take legal action.
